Live in a place of expectation
Confidence is trust…and this also implies that the substance of your confidence is not about what You believe right now but rather about whom You rely in/on for the future, it’s putting your trust in God and His word, expect an answer to your prayers…for when.. God has spoken into your life: be certain and confident: it shall be fulfilled.
In 1 King 18:41:44 and Elijah said unto Ahab, Get thee up, eat and drink, for there is a sound of abundance of rain, so Ahab went up to eat and to drink, and Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he cast himself down upon the earth, and put his face between his knees, and said to his servant, Go again seven times, and it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, behold there arises a little cloud out of the sea, like a man’s hand, and he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, prepare thy chariot, and get thee down, that the rain stop thee not, and it came to pass in the meanwhile, that the heaven was black with clouds and wind, and there was great rain…
Elijah didn’t give up or lost hope, he knew the rain was coming, and he did not relent and or give in, instead he told his servant go again and see, for he knew a small cloud would indicate God was moving in response to His word and did exactly what he asked for, the drought would end and it was going to rain. Continue to have an attitude of expectation (Psalm 5:3), believe that God is able and willing to answer your prayers, have faith and take action, on what God has spoken to you, continue to trust, look and move forward in faith, and live in a place of expectation.
You hear it, you see it, and you speak it, and in this you align yourself with the word of God, have faith to see the impossible become possible. The circumstances may appear as not, stay committed, confident and watchful, expect and in the waiting, don’t cease to believe for surely: it shall come to pass….
