Outreaches, as a ministry we want to help motivate, practically equip and mobilize Christians worldwide for the Great Commission… The key to personal evangelism is: to do it!
Extendout ministries International has partnered with: Go Gospel Outreach International.
The ministry of Go Gospel Outreach International exists to help equip Christians to reach out with the Gospel message, we are commanded to Go and Tell, as we meet people, we share the Gospel through one-to-one conversations…
A great way of evangelism is a one-to-one conversation, the main reason: it is one of the methods of evangelism used most in scripture (second to open-air preaching), some examples that we see of one-to-one conversations in scripture are:
- Jesus and the rich young ruler (Mark 10:17-22)
- Jesus on the road to Emmaus (Luke 24:13-32)
- Jesus and Nicodemus (John 3:1-21)
- Jesus and the Samaritan woman at the well (John 4:7-26)
- Phillip and the Ethiopian Eunuch (Acts 8:26-40)
In one-to-one conversations, it does not take too much time at all to build a connection with someone. Many people think that you cannot share the gospel with someone unless you build a relationship with someone first, but this is just not the case. In my experience, you can show someone you care about them in a 5-10 minute discussion…
How do you start a conversation?
- One of the easiest ways to start a conversation: Can I ask you a question? Over ninety percent of the times you get an open door to ask any questions, some examples: Have you ever read the bible? Do you believe you are a good person? What challenges and struggles are you facing? Is life here on earth for you meaningful, or purposeless?
- Asking good questions unlocks the further avenues of conversations that can lead to life changes…
- Hand someone a tract, explain to them what it is (a Gospel Tract), and share the Gospel content with them, in such a way that they will see the truth, and desire to know more…
- It is important to listen and ask the right questions…being tactful and sensitive through the leading of the Holy Spirit…
- Give acts of kindness…
- Offer personal follow-up and discipleship, fulfilling the great commission…
Extendoutministies International Outreach
We seek to lead the future generation into an active relationship and presence of God. Child/youth evangelism is very crucial, and our mission efforts are reprioritized and redirected towards the 4/14 age group.
The outreaches take place in the local community as well international.
It’s our passion to take charge of the opportunities that come our way.
Our goal is to work together with churches and organizations, with the
same vision: “To reach and empower the next generation”.
Use a different approach
Our approach to evangelism is creative using a relevant message, art and object lessons, hands on training, discipleship.
It’s our desire to reach the young people in an authentic way, we challenge them with the truth in ways that capture their attention and overcome cultural and traditional prejudices.
The gospel is the power of salvation but people must first hear it before they can believe.
A window of opportunity
4/14 movement” is a window of opportunity, and it refers to the demographic group from age four to fourteen years old, which is the most open and receptive to every form of spiritual and developmental input. As we minister to the young generation, we believe they can become spiritual champions, “transformed”, and in turn will affect and “transform” the next generation.
Reach out beyond
It is our desire to reach out and go beyond the four walls of the church, through evangelism outreaches; family ministry, children/youth ministry, bible studies, impact meetings, discipleship and service, to reach the nations within the nations.
Network to make an impact
Together, we can make a great impact as we partner, network and organize to serve the young generation and give them the opportunity to hear the message and include them with their talents and gifts.
Connect meetings
Connect meetings “Watchman on the Wall” are held at regular intervals with a vision to gather together with others, for edification, exhortation, comfort and direction, to be renewed and refreshed in His presence.
Our reliance on God the Holy Spirit shall be evident, and room is given for the Holy Spirit to move, through worship, prayer and teaching. Revelation 19:10: For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
Spiritual gifts, such as word of knowledge, word of wisdom, discerning of spirits and prophecy, are encouraged to be used within a foundation of love, safety, submission, and biblical accuracy, and we expect them to confirm the truth of the word of God.
It is our desire to work alongside with other ministries in our community, with the same mission and call, and make use of all that is at our disposal to advance the Kingdom of God.
Isaiah 62:6: I have posted watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or night. You, who call on the LORD, give yourselves no rest.
“Watchman of the Wall” is positioned to see far distances in the spirit and discern whether friend or adversary is approaching.
We have the responsibility to blow the trumpet and sound the alarm when the enemy advances, and it is essential for us to watch and pray.
For “such a time as this” we need to understand the times we are living in, and know what to do.
We must learn how to draw on God’s prophetic word to guide us through the chaos of the last days in preparation for His return.
Those who understand the times tend to lead the way, we cannot do this alone, and it is important; we assemble prayer partners/intercessors and stand together for the days ahead…
Clown ministry
Christian Clowning is great evangelist tool: it’s a form of art, a creative witness, and a different way of approach towards evangelism.
It is a ministry motivated to share the excellence of love, caring for others, to create an atmosphere of fun, and to bring joy and laughter into people lives.
The clown’s Prayer
As I stumble through this life, help
me to create more laughter than tears…
Dispense more happiness than gloom
spend more cheer than despair…
Never let me be so in different
that I will fail to see the wonders in the eyes of
a child or the twinkle in the eyes of the aged…
Never let me forget that my total effort is to cheer people,
make them happy and forget at least momentarily
all the unpleasantness in their lives…
